Saxophone

① Performance Check & Play Setup

Basic regulation, spring balance, lubrication, pad seal inspection, full play test. Pricing: Soprano/Alto $120 • Tenor $150 • Baritone $190

② Performance Adjustment Package

Includes level ① + up to 4–5 pads, cork/felt, neck cork (if required), precision regulation. Pricing: Alto $200 • Tenor $250 • Baritone $320

③ Clean, Oil & Precision Setup

Deeper cleaning, reseating optimization, precision regulation, spring refinement, extended play testing. Pricing: Alto $350 • Tenor $400 • Baritone $480

④ Full Overhaul / Repad — Inspection required prior to quotation.
Estimated: Alto $1,000–$1,300 • Tenor $1,200–$1,500 • Baritone from $1,600

Clarinet

① Playability Check & Adjustment

Pad seal inspection, key heights, cork/felt, lubrication, play test. Pricing: Bb Plastic $90 • Bb Wood $110 • Bass $150

② Performance Adjustment

Includes level ① + 3–4 pads, joint cork replacement, sealing optimization. Pricing: Bb Plastic $150 • Bb Wood $180 • Bass $260

③ Clean, Oil & Precision Setup

Partial disassembly/cleaning, reseating, key geometry refinement, register transition testing. Pricing: Bb Plastic $280 • Bb Wood $320 • Bass $420

④ Full Overhaul / Repad
Estimated: Bb Plastic $450–$550 • Bb Wood $550–$650 • Bass from $800

Notes & Conditions

Professional/vintage instruments may require additional labor. Cracks, tone hole damage, and plating issues are not included in basic services. Estimates provided for repairs exceeding $200.
